Our Foundation

RefineWell was founded by Tidimalo Raditlhalo, a Customer Loyalty

and Retention Strategist with a Master’s degree in Digital Business

from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), specialising in digital

marketing, customer behaviour, and loyalty in mobile-first environments.

This academic foundation, combined with practical experience

in retail, digital platforms, and customer engagement environments,

shaped RefineWell’s strategic approach — grounded in both research

and real-world application.

 

Today, RefineWell operates as a strategic consultancy, supporting

organisations in designing and refining retention systems that align

customer experience, business goals, and long-term value creation.
